hail kinsman.i have a story/warning for you.i lift weights 5 days a week.three months ago my freind asked me to try the supplement {legal} creatine.this supplement helps build muscle mass apparently.
one month into using this substance a crystalized 4mm stone formed in my kidney from the creatine.i felt a mild pain in my left side near my back at first.then it felt as if a dagger was being twisted into me later that day.i had to go to the hospital to see what to do.
luckily for me i am a worker who is part of a union of brothers.therefore i have health insurance.the doctors told me the stone had become stuck in the small tube that goes from your kidney down to your bladder.
they put a laser up my penis and blew the stone up then put a tube made of plastic up my hole.it was 1/8 diameter and 14 inches long.this was called a stint.when i came back to reality from operation my body freaked out on this stint tube.it was making me pee non stop and lots of blood and pain.my body knew the object didnt belong and fought it for 4 days.
during this time the exploded peices of crystal stone passed from my body.the lab tested these fragments and thats how i know the creatine caused all of this pain.
then the doctor removed the stint from me.this was done fully awake.it was brutal beyond words.he reached in and grabbed the stint with a thick tube device/camera then pulled the 14 inch stint out of my penis.i was screaming.all of this was caused by drinking powdered substances that are hard for your kidneys to process.
