Hey guys,

I have trouble with my weight. Today I got a bunch of books and I'm reading them and I'm trying to cut down on my intake and increase on my exercise and working out and physical activity.

But the problem is...I don't have positive reinforcement around me. My house is a pretty self degrading environment and not very positive.

I thought maybe somebody maybe me could start a yahoo group dedicated to not only losing weight, but just improving one self. The group would give positive encouragement and constructive criticism when needed. Also helpful tips.


Anybody interested?

Living around a lot of negative influence definitely makes it harder, I can relate to that. I think you've taken a great first step and hopefully some others on the forum can give you pointers. From my own experiences, I'd recommend being realistic - don't expect to cut out all bad food and habits outright. Instead, focusing on small goals and take it one step at a time. In reality, every step you take to better your diet, health and lifestyle will make you feel better about yourself. And if you set small goals, it would help you build up to accomplishing everything you eventually aim to do.

What you intake is only part of the problem. You need exercise. If you dont feel like getting out and doing stuff then you probaly have a really bad diet. Make some new hobbies that take you out of the home. Start hiking. You'd be amazed at what a day hike will help you accomplish just once a week. You dont have to pack heavy, but carry some weight when your just walking other than bodyfat..

Great stuff.
I think you should not read any book and not have not need any
advice. You should do much exercise like walking, jogging or other exercises,
if you want to loss your maximum weight rapidly. Hope you will like my posting.

weight losing in some cases as we change routine our breakfast and dinner routine then we can not maintain himself we exercise do no regularly and other dieting foods eat then we lose our weight.
