Many of our folk who dwell in the urban steads probably do not consciously realize the deep disconnect that exists within themselves. fettered by loki's modern materialistic agenda and liberal nihilism, most of our folk go about their existence in a rootless fashion that hinders our overall progress as a single folk unit. they deny the call of Odin for higher evolution and Wyrd.
As Community is essential for the continuance of our folk, it would be right and good to promote Odinist communities as a modern form of tribalist living. This again would restore true purpose for the individual, family and folk. In time as the modern alure of urbanization becomes less important, the true community spirit will manefest once more.

I agree with you to a certain extent. I live in San Francisco which is about like an Eskimo living in the tropics!
I have often thought I should move to a place like Idaho or Montanna to be exclusively with the Folk, but I have a lot of Odinist friends in SF and ESPECIALLY in Berkeley which is a fairly Heathen town...lots of Pagans!
In a way I feel I am standing my ground. We live in a world where like it or not, most cities are becoming so damned multi-cultural. I can't STAND it actually, but if I run I feel like I am surrendering my PRESENCE and the presence of my FOLK to other races, etc.
Within the Odinist community I enjoy with my friends a certain selected commeradship. We get up into the woods and do rituals. YES! there are woods in the Bay Area. And we get together at each other's houses for festivities and we are REPRESENTED. You can run but you can't hide. You can solidify the bindings that you have with your spiritual and racial brothers and sisters anywhere. Look at prison. Sometimes these bonds are even stronger because you know for sure where people are at.
