Opinions on the new Website?

I would like your opinions on the new website, good or bad anything you want just let us know what you think and what you might like to see :)

Note: Splash page is just temporary, there will be a better one created and a counter added to the website eventually along with a few other little surprizes.

I think it's very nice

two minor points which I sent to you in PM I'll reiterate


1) I think a slightly larger text size would be good

2) I think a frameless site would be better than one with scrolling frames

Anything you would like to submit would be greatly appreciated. Tonight I am going to be working on writing up some basic info on the runes hopefully the runes page will be up in two days. Again if you have any articles you would like to submit e-mail them to me along with a name and e-mail so we can give you credit :)

I think you should add some bios or links to bios of the bigger people, like mcnallen, and bjornsenn. so people can learn about them. or maybe incorperate that with a history of Odinism page?

Bjornsenn? You mean Beinteinsson? :p The O.com website will be more for basic info for now, maybe in time when we've got a lot of basics down and want more complicated stuff we will add pages similar to that idea.

when you do the runic page can you please not just put in the one rune set like so many other sites do by this i mean the Odin, tyr, thor runes but also include the letter runes eg a b c/k d e f g h i/j k l m n o p q r s t u/v w x y z

just for more of a referance there are so many types out there the one we use here is so very differnt from other ive seen maybe the page couldcontain the history of the runic leater etc. so that it becomes a big referance page and will draw a lot more veiws who maybe didnt know about Asatru/odinist.

For now the Rune's page will just be the Elder Futhark.

I think he means that most sites only have othala, tiwaz-the runes associated with the gods, and he wants the entire futhark, like jera, raido, algiz ect
