Horn triskelion: this symbol is related to the Walknot, the Trefot, and the Triqueta.
It is probably derived from the Scandinavian legend in which Odin (Wodan) obtained the mead of inspiration from a frost giantess, he slept with her for 3 nights and every night he was allowed to drink one horn of the mead, the 3 horns are named; Wódroerer, Boðin, and Son.

Possibly...
Another possibility is the 3 horns offered to Odin, Njord, & Frey...
From the Heimskingla - Hakon the Goods saga...

"And first Odin's goblet was emptied for victory and power to his king; thereafter, Niord's and Frey's goblets for peace and a good season."

The Rune Gild uses this sign as their logo, and derives it from Óðrœrir, Són and Boðn as Fjorn suggested. There is no specific name for it other than "horn triskelion". I don't think it would be from the History of Hacon the Good, because they also toast to Bragi after Óðinn, Njörðr and Freyr. And the horn triskel is found on a stone which predates Hacon the Good's birth by a century, and it's in Denmark rather than Norway. So this kind of toast, minus Bragi, would have to have been a widespread and established practice for all that time. Although it is said in the History to have been an old custom, so maybe, but there is still the problem of the Bragi toast. And the Snoldelev stone is a memorial stone for a þulr, which is understood by many to signify a leader in Óðinn's cult (although I'm not sure why it was necessarily Óðinn since it just means "speaker", unless because Óðinn was associated with communication of knowledge).
